SHIPPING FAQ

Because we are a very small operation, orders usually ship within 7 days of purchase. During the holidays shipping times can be lengthier due to the influx of orders. Please make sure to check the tracking information before emailing about the location. 

International orders.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED AT THE RISK OF THE SHOPPER. All international orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and are handed off to your local post office or carrier. Most tracking information stops updating once it leaves the USA or is marked as 'delivered' when it enters the destination country. It can take up to 1-6 weeks to receive your order. Often packages can get held up at customs for an extended period of time. Please check with your local post office if you are concerned, they may be holding your package with customs fees. If you wait too long, your package may get returned, in which you must pay for shipping again to have your order re-sent. Customs and import duties may be applied to deliveries when your order reaches its destination-- we are not responsible for these fees. If you choose to reject your package due to the customs fees, you will only be refunded for the merchandise once we receive it, however we cannot refund shipping.

Returns/Exchanges

We do not accept returns on ceramic artwork and rugs.
We do accept returns/exchanges on clothing items if they are in pristine condition, however cost of shipping will not be refunded.
The customer is responsible for shipping exchange/return items back.
An additional shipping charge may apply when dealing with an exchange.
